Dates and Times:
*** 02-14-08 The group met synchronously in Wimba room Team 3 at 9:00pm. The group introduced each other and brain stormed ideas. A final decision will be made after everyone reviews the topics discussed. Jessica Sanchez volunteered to create the PB Wiki for the group and sign everyone up. Each member will be email the URL and password. The group decided to meet again on 2-17-08 and keep up asynchronously communication via email until then. The meeting was archived on Wimba.
*** 02-17-08 The group met in Wimba in room Team 3. We finalized our topic and worked together to find articles and information about Second Life. Each group member was assigned a Division of Labor. During the meeting Jessica Sanchez had to update the Wiki site for Vanessa who did not have internet access tonight. She participated via phone line. The meeting was archived on Wimba. The group decided to meet again this coming Tuesday and will plan another meeting in Second Life next week. Each member has created their Avatar and have begun to practice walking and flying.

| *** 02-17-08 The group communicated asynchronously via email during this week. We discuss and shared information that would help the group with their assigned Division of labor. |

*** 02-19-08 The group met after class for a short period of time in Wimba Team 3 room. Each member updated the group with their findings and brought up new ideas. We all now have our Avatars and have practiced the tutorials. Due to other assignments the team agreed to meet again on the 28th. Until then we would email each other with any additional information. The meeting was archived.

| *** 02-28-08 The team met synchronously in Wimba Team 3 room. We discussed everyones progress and helped each other with their Division of Labor. Some team members are still having technical issues when they enter Second Life. Individuals offered solutions. The PB Wiki was continuously updated this past week. Each member was encouraged to make updated and to keep everyone updated by email. We agreed to meet again on 3-4-08. This meeting was archived. |

*** 03-04-08 The group met in Wimba Team 3 and discussed the second dead line for project 3. We decided to each help revise the introduction and relavence to education sections on PB Wiki. Suggestions for everyones articals were shared. We reviewed the requirements from the second dead line and divided the work. An email was sent out to all team members to confirm our next meeting. This meeting was archived.

| *** 03-07-08 The group met synchronously in Wimbs Team 3 room, then Jessica teleported us all to Second Life. There we met as a group and toured places like NASA and TSTC. We practiced walking, chating, flying and learning new skills. This adventure / journey truely opened our eyes to the possibilities of using Second Life as a distance learning tool. This virtual world was such a wonderful interactive place that we lost track of time. We viewed different tools of communication, set up our profiles, visited lecture halls and took pictures too ! We do not plan to meet during spring break synchronously, but we will work independently on our rearch and communicate via email. The meeting was about two hours long. |
| *** 03-14-08 --- 04-07-08 The group communicated via email during these three weeks. Each member worked independently on researching their topics and helped other members with any information they found on another group member's topic. In addition, each member visited Second Life to locate educational Islands and practiced the skills they learned on 03-07-08. |
| *** 04-08-08 The group met synchronously in Wimba Team 3 room and archived the session. Final clarifications on each group members required assignments were discussed and finalized. such as project deadlines and Camtasia presentation. The group decided to meet again on 04-13-08 at 9:00pm to review the final updates to this wiki and practice our presentation. An additional meeting was set for 04-14-08 also at 9:00pm to practice the presentation one more time. |
| *** 04-15-08 The group meet in Wimba Team 3 oom and archived the session. Team members agreed to present on 04-22-08. Jessica will begin the presentation with a brief overview about Second Life, followed by Carla who will present on Higer Education and Second Life, then Vanessa will present on Teen Second Life, next Gus Valencia will present on The Cost Factor of Second Life, finally Jessica and Joe will wrap up the presentation will upcoming Second Life features and techical questions. |
| *** 04-16-08 --- 04-21-08 The group communicated by email during our last week before the presentation. Each group member posted all required assigned task. The wiki web font and style was also addressed and a standard was set. All members were encouraged to complete the project by 4-20-08. |
